Start of a new colony of Frankia: after two months of incubation, a sparse mycelium is developed on the surface of BAP-N agar medium. It is grown from a very dense, vesicle-containing cluster of mycelium, isolated from an infected cell of Ochetophila trinervis. DIC-Nomarski light microscopy.
